Try Dives Why take a Try Dive? At Crest Dive Centre we know there are a lot of people visiting Cyprus who would love to experience the thrill of scuba diving. However, many of these people are not certain scuba diving is really for them. Well Crest Dive Centre has just the answer. What is a Try Dive? A Try Dive is a short (no more than ten minutes) one to one session with a PADI certified diving instructor from Crest Dive Centre, in the safety and security of your hotel swimming pool. What does it take? Anyone age eight and above, and in reasonable health can participate in a Try Dive from Crest Dive Centre. All it takes is a willingness to put your face in the water. How long will it take? A Try Dive with a PADI certified diving instructor from Crest Dive Centre will only take about ten minutes. During this one on one session, your instructor will fully explain the proper use of each piece of scuba diving equipment, make sure you are comfortable in your dive gear, answer any questions you may have, and then escort you on a short underwater tour of your hotel swimming pool. What will I need? All you will need for your Try Dive with Crest Dive Centre is your swim suit and a willingness to take the plunge! All of your scuba diving equipment will be supplied by Crest Dive Centre, totally free of charge! Where can I take my Try Dive? The Crest Dive Centre have made arrangements with a number of hotels in the Limassol area to regularly provide their guests with free Try Dives. Try Dive sessions are offered twice each week at the Atlantica Hotel & Apartments, the Atlantica Bay Hotel, the Hawaii Grand Hotel, and the St. Raphael Hotel. Crest DIve Centre offer Try Dive sessions less frequently at the Atlantica Balmyra, the Estella, and the Navaria hotels.
